Power Wins GT Enterprises 100; Full June 2 Race Results

RIVER GLADE, NB (June 2, 2013) - After a two-day delay Petty International Raceway finally saw a full card of stock car racing action Sunday afternoon. The highlight of the show was the GT Enterprises Sportsman 100 and it was Mike Power Jr. taking the win. Russell Smith Jr. and Matt Maillet were second and third, respectively. Shawn McLean and Brady Creamer rounded out the top five.

Martin Landry won the C Max Paint & Body Shop Street Stock feature followed to the checkered flag by Darcy O'Neill, Alexandra O'Blenis, Marshall Barry, and Gary Wade.

The Leisure Days RV Bandolero Cars feature was won by Cole Tanner with Ryan Messer second and Dawson McIntee third. Adam Meehan and Cory Hall rounded out the top five finishers.

Mike Weagle won the Mister Transmission Mini Stock feature with Brad Daley second, Dustin Phillips third, Ryan Knowles fourth, and Brady Taylor fifth.

The GT Enterprises Sportsman 100 was originally scheduled for Friday (May 31) but postponed to June 2 due to rain; on Saturday (June 1) the Fast Eddies Racewear 100 for the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour was also a washout at Petty International Raceway - a new date will be announced in the near future.
